When your transaction is complete you will be returned to this website where you can continue to browse or monitor your order. It is important to note that we never see your credit card details and therefore do not handle or store any of your financial information.

The only information we retain is that used to process and deliver your order. Our website uses cookies in order to ensure the best possible experience whilst using our website. You can see our cookie policy below.

Cookies policy

Visiting the Honest to Goodness Coffee Company Ltd website with your browser set to accept cookies (normally the default setting*) clearly tells us that you are happy for us to use cookies.

Cookies are tiny digital identifiers that are used to make your web browsing experience better. Almost every website on the internet uses cookies and they are essential on an ecommerce shop like this one. For this reason default settings on most internet browsers allow cookies to be set on your computer.

We use cookies to gather completely anonymous data about user statistics (ie. the number of visitors to our site, which pages are most popular etc.) via Google Analytics. Cookies on our site also allow you to store items in your shopping basket and mean that you don't have to log in every time you visit and can add items to your shopping basket.

Although we don't use cookies for anything other than completely anonymous statistical purposes and to improve your shopping experience we do understand that some people are uncomfortable with idea of allowing the use of cookies. Unfortunately if you have cookies disabled on your browser you will not be able to shop with us or most other online retailers.

Changing your cookies and browser settings

The Help menu on the menu bar of most browsers will tell you how to prevent your browser from accepting new cookies, how to have the browser notify you when you receive a new cookie and how to disable cookies altogether. If it is not clear how your browser allows you to control cookies you should visit the manufacturers website.

*Note: Microsoft Internet Explorer 10 currently comes with cookies disabled by default and you may have to change the setting before you can add items to your shopping basket.
