All of our certified coffee beans are then skillfully blended and roasted to bring out their unique flavor profile in a patented convection roasting system. Unlike traditional drum-roasting methods that can sometimes burn beans or leave them under-roasted, the convection process roasts each bean on a bed of hot air, unlocking the smooth and rich flavor. They are guaranteed packed within 24 hours of roasting which ensures the best quality product. Packed in nitrogen flushed, foil, valved bags for perfect product preservation.
